Super Simple Vegan Plant Based Seafood Dip

1 Cup each of Fat Free Plain Yogurt and Sour Cream
1 Tbsp.each of Chives,Chopped Onion and Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Each of Ginger,Wasabi Paste, Mama Sita's Ginger Garlic and House of Webster's
Horseradish Mustard
1 Cup of Fresh Baby Spinach, Chopped
Assemble all ingredients for the recipe along with your favorite large mixing bowl, measuring 
spoons,cups and chopping knife.
Preheat your oven according to directions on the Sophie's Kitchen Plant Based ingredients
used in the recipie.These ingredients will bake while you measure, chop and mix all other
ingredients in the large bowl; do so.
When fish, crab cake and shrimp are completed baking, allow them to cool.
When cooled, chop into small chunks and put into the bowl with all other ingredients and
good all together gently to keep the integrity of the pieces of seafood.
Chill at least 2 hrs. before serving with your favorite cracker, or low/no carb thin slided
bread or can be made into petitfors and easily decorated.
If more adventurous in taste,recipe can be made spicier by adding additional wasabi paste.
If a more tart taste might be interesting to you, try more lemon juice, substitute lime for lemon
or use both.Lemon and/or Lime yogurt can also be used in place of the plain yogurt to attain 
different taste.Always allow your self a little "wiggle room"

Gather all other ingredients at the ready.

In small bowl to the side, mix all dry ingredients .

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients that remain except the sour cream,yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.

In the large bowl, do all of the tuna,vegatables,garlic,onions eggs and celery and toss together. Once all is tossed well, mix dry ingredients slowly.

In a side bowl,start with two cups sour free and two cups yogurt with the full amount of mustard and 3 tsb of lemon juice. 
Mix well with set ingredients in large bowl.
Continue adding sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice to taste and consistency plus the Parmesan cheese to firm up and add taste to the end palate experience.
