Our jalapeno and banana peppers are grown in NC and we roast and process them by hand. We are the only pimento spread on the market to utilize cage free eggs, all natural mayo and we use just enough cheese to make it spreadable. The are only two machines in our kitchen a cheese spreader and a dishwasher- our spreads are still mixed and packed by hand in order to maintain texture and quality control.
