| 1 tbsp canola oil 4 large eggs 1 tsp TABASCO® Original Red dash of salt and pepper 1/4 cup grated mozzarella 6 slices ciabatta bread 1/4 cup honey | Heat a large frying pan with oil. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and grated mozzarella. Coat the bread with the egg mixture. Place the bread into the frying pan and fry on each side until crispy. Serve with a side of honey. |
