2 Different Recipes: Tater Tot Casserole & Cowboy Tater Tot Casserole

Cowboy Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • ⅔ cup condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups Tater Tots
  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and drain. Stir in corn, cream of chicken soup, ¼ cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper.
  2. Place 1 cup Tater Tots in a greased shallow baking dish. Layer with beef mixture and remaining Tater Tots. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

Tater Tot Casserole


2 lbbag of frozen tater tots
2 cgrated cheddar cheese
1/2 lbground beef (you can use a whole pound, just depends how meaty you want it)
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cmilk


Preheat oven to 350.
Cook hamburger; drain. Add soup and milk to meat.
Line a 13x9 baking dish with a layer of tater tots. Cover tots with a layer of meat mixture, then top that with a layer of cheese. Repeat until dish is filled up.
Cook about 45 minutes.
