Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs ground meat
  2. 1 package of King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
  3. 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  4. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  5. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  6. salt to taste
  7. pepper to taste
  8. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - if using chicken
  9. 1/4 cup milk- if using chicken
  10. 1/4 cup yogurt
Optional Toppings & Condiments
  1. bacon
  2. cheese
  3. mayo
  4. green chutney
  5. tomatoes
  6. pickles
  7. onions
  8. mustard
  9. ketchup
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
  2. Remove from fridge and form into 12 equal size balls. Flatten into patties.
  3. Heat the grill on medium low.
  4. Place burgers on grill, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Customize your burgers with your favorite condiments and toppings!
Notes
  1. Tip: If the chicken seems too sticky, or if not holding together well, try adding more breadcrumbs.
