Bovetti Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread, 7 oz (200g)

This is the milk chocolate counterpart to Bovetti’s dark version — a true French pâte à tartiner from Valter Bovetti in the Périgord.

40% Italian hazelnuts blended with real milk chocolate (around 39% cocoa), pure cocoa butter, brown cane sugar, and a touch of rapeseed oil for perfect spreadability. No palm oil. No soy lecithin. Gluten-free. Made with premium, fair-trade ingredients.

It has a creamy, sweeter profile than the dark version, with a pleasant slight graininess from the high hazelnut content. The milk chocolate softens the intensity while letting the roasted hazelnut flavor shine through.

How to enjoy it

Toast, brioche, warm crêpes, croissants, pancakes, or by the spoonful. Excellent as a filling for cakes, cookies, or swirled into yogurt and ice cream.

Hazelnuts 40% (Italy), milk chocolate (unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, vanilla powder), brown cane sugar, rapeseed oil.

May contain traces of other nuts and soy.
