This is the real thing—a proper French pâte à tartiner from the Périgord chocolatier Valter Bovetti (Italian-born, Piedmont roots, now based in Terrasson-Lavilledieu).
40% Italian hazelnuts + 73% dark chocolate from Santo Domingo, pure cocoa butter, brown cane sugar, and just enough rapeseed oil for the perfect spreadable texture. No palm oil. No soy lecithin. Gluten-free. Fair-trade ingredients.
The hazelnut flavor is intense and slightly grainy in the best way, balanced by deep, not-too-sweet dark chocolate. It stays soft longer than most spreads and tastes nothing like the mass-market stuff.

How to enjoy it
Toast, brioche, warm crêpes, croissants, or straight from the jar. Also excellent swirled into yogurt, over ice cream, or as a filling for cookies and cakes.
