What’s included
Chastinet Asiago — 7.6 oz
Nutty New York Asiago with a bright, zesty finish. Shred over salad, melt into fondue, or slice for the board.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk (non-rBST), cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto (for color).
Champagne Cheddar — 7.6 oz
Aged cheddar infused with Finger Lakes champagne. Light, slightly sweet, and made for fruit, chocolate, or a celebration plate.
Ingredients: Cheddar cheese (milk, cultures, salt, enzymes), trisodium citrate, champagne flavor, champagne.
Jalapeño & Cayenne Cheddar — 8 oz slices

Ingredients: Gouda cheese (part-skim milk, cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto for color), bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate), trisodium citrate, natural smoke flavor.
