6 Large White Onions
6 Large Red Onions
One Cup of Clover Honey
3/4 Cup of Rose Wine of Choice
4 Tablespoons of Chopped Garlic
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Ground Pink Himalayan Salt
One Half Cup of Organic Valley Ghee Clarified Butter
Place a large sauce skillet on the stove at medium high heat.When when becoming warm, place the butter in to melt. While the butter melts, chop the onions to your desired thickness and place them, when chopped, into the skillet.
One by one,put all remaining ingredients into the skillet; turn all over and mix well.Place your lid on skillet to steam .Remove lid and stir every 5 minutes until the onions are transparent
Remove the lid and cook the mixture down until the liquid in the skillet has dissipated.Once the liquid in the skillet has begun to dissipate,allow the onions to brown off by turning them over and over in the skillet until they reach your desired brown affect.
Remove from stove and serve as desired.
As an aside: Your favorite brand of Organic butter can be substituted.
