This collection offers a smorgasbord of complementary flavors, specifically selected to create the perfect Sunday brunch! With enough food to serve 8 to 10 comfortably, it includes
- Pancakes and Scones: Whip up some fresh, old-fashioned pastries. Included is our favorite Pancake Batter Mix, along with an easy-to-prepare Scone Mix as well. Accompany your hot cakes with the included Pure New England Maple Syrup, British Preserves and English Double Devon Cream Butter.
- Bacon: We have included a pack of our best bacon. Whether it is cooked limp or crispy, this bacon never disappoints.
- Cheese: In the box, you'll find three favorites - Wexford Mature Cheddar, French Camembert, and our original Honey Goat Chevre. Plenty of crackers come along as well, including Australian Water Wheels and Mini Toasts.
- Smoked Salmon: No brunch is complete without a tray of gently smoked salmon prepared atop a german rye bread with a dollop of Creme Fraiche.
- Tea: For the finishing touch, serve up a piping hot cup of Irish Breakfast Tea along with a plate of shortbread - a perfect close to an unforgettable feast.
