Mature English cheddar with a deep red color and a flavor that’s both sweet and bold. Aged for a firm, satisfying bite and wrapped in a black waxed 7 oz coffin-shaped truckle that stands out on a fall or Halloween board.

Slice it with apples, pickled onions, and crackers, melt it into a grilled cheese, or cube it for a charcuterie spread with mustard and a dark ale.
