Whole Grain Reginetti, ribbon shaped pasta made from Hard Red Wheat flour from the New York Hudson Valley, is perfectly shaped to complement any sauce. We love it with everything from a spiced meat ragu to baked casseroles. A fresh purée of porcini mushrooms gives a subtle earthy flavor to our Porcini Trumpets. Toss them with a mushroom cream sauce to make a Sfoglini staff approved meal! Chef Steve Gonzalez makes our organic durum semolina Zucca with bacon, squash and sage. Or enjoy this pasta filled with sauce in every bite, just pair with your favorite red or creamy sauce.
