Primal Kitchen Pesto Mayonnaise Blend Made with Avocado Oil

Ingredients

Avocado Oil, Organic Eggs, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vinegar, Sea Salt, Pesto Blend (Water, Basil, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Potato Flour, Parsley, Black Pepper, Basil Oil, Garlic Oil), Organic Rosemary Extract.

**Note: we've heard reports of mayo freezing in transit (when temps are very cold). Though your mayo will look scary, it's perfectly safe to consume. We recommend holding off on your order until the temps are forecasted to be above freezing for a week or two. And if you do receive separated mayo, we'll happily replace it for you. Or you can simply add 1 egg yolk and 2 TBS water to a blender and then slowly (really, really slowly) drizzle in the separated mayo to return it to an emulsified state.

Lemon Caesar Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp lemon peel (finely grated)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Primal Kitchen™ Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients except oil and mayo. Once combined, slowly add oil, whisking constantly until smooth (if you stop, the dressing could break). Once combined, whisk in mayo until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
