Plant Based Vegan Toona Tuna Fish Salad

6 Cans of Plant Based Toona Tuna Sophies Kitchen Very Well Drained In a commander
1 bag of frozen mix vegetables of red,yellow and green peppers and onions
6 Tbsp. Of Minced Garlic
Two Fresh Spanish Onions
4 Vegetarian Hard Boiled Eggs
2 Stalks of Fresh Celery
1Tbsp.of Abobo Seasoning
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Pink Sea Salt to Tastes
1 Package of Buttermilk Ranch Dressing of choice ( I used a low calorie,low sodium)
Ground Ginger to Taste
A Dash of Cumin
6 Tbsp. Of Terrapin Ridge Honey and Horseradish Mustard(You may once to use more of less, depending on your tastebuds)
Finely grated fresh parmesan cheese( will help salad 'firm up';USE more of less of the Parmesan Cheese depending on the consistency and use of the Tuna Salad)
Large Container of Plan Low Fat Low Carb Sour Cream
Large Container of Low Fat Plain Yogurt
Lemon Juice



Preparation

This recipe, although full of ingredients, is actually quite simple,as long as you handle the preparation work first.


 In a small sauce pan, put water on to boil, and when it does, put the four eggs in for ten minutes to hard boil.When done, place in ice cube cold water to chill.
While the eggs are boiling,place the bag of vegetables in the microwave to steam per package instructions.
Cut the two onions per your preference,or exclude them if u dislike, but will affect taste of the salad.
Chop the celery in thin to medium pieces.Peel eggs and chop them

Gather all other ingredients at the ready.

In small bowl to the side, mix all dry ingredients .

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients that remain except the sour cream,yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.

In the large bowl, do all of the tuna,vegatables,garlic,onions eggs and celery and toss together. Once all is tossed well, mix dry ingredients slowly.

In a side bowl,start with two cups sour free and two cups yogurt with the full amount of mustard and 3 tsb of lemon juice. 
Mix well with set ingredients in large bowl.
Continue adding sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice to taste and consistency plus the Parmesan cheese to firm up and add taste to the end palate experience.
