Gluten-Free, lupin beans and rice
A gluten-free pasta made by the guys who celebrate American wheat? Indeed. We harnessed the nutrition of high-protein lupin beans and two rice varieties, all grown and milled responsibly in California by Elegant Beans and Koda Farms, respectively. These penne are made in full Baia Pasta spirit: brass-extruded, dried at low temperatures, fully Gluten-Free certified and absolutely delicious. Buon appetito!
