Nduja Artisans Salumeria was founded in order to spread awareness of traditional Calabrian salame by offering an authentic expression of Nduja de Spilinga toAmericans. We offer this “grab-and-go” sized retail package for the in hopes that Americans can bring a true southern Italian experience to their family table. Our 100 year old family recipe contains only the best family farmed berkshire pork, Calabrian chilies, salt, and traditional probiotic cultures. We make this product slightly softer than our Orba so that it can be easily spread or portioned directly out of refrigeration. However, refrigeration is not necessary. Nduja can be safely stored at or even above room temperature, just as they do in Calabria.
