Juicy Salsa Burgers
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- ½ onion, peeled and grated
- 3 Tbls Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbls chili powder (optional)
- ½ cup salsa - fire roasted preferred
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill.
- Mix ground chuck, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form patties gently.
- Grill to desired temperature.
- Top burgers with salsa and serve.
