Light, delicate, and airy pink biscuits from the historic Maison Fossier, best enjoyed dipped in a cold glass of Champagne (or enjoyed on their own).

Founded in 1756, Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France. In 2006 the company received the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in recognition of its ancestral know-how. These traditional Biscuits Roses de Reims have a signature pink hue, subtle vanilla notes, and a crisp texture that holds up beautifully when dunked.

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, free-range eggs and egg whites, carmine coloring (natural), starch, raising agent (ammonium carbonates), natural vanilla flavoring.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and eggs. May contain traces of nuts, soy, and milk.

Dietary notes: Contains gluten and eggs; not gluten-free, not vegan (also contains carmine, an insect-derived colorant). No palm oil, no alcohol, no preservatives.
