Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house in the world, established in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart in Reims, France, and has been exclusively producing Champagne ever since. Founded just a year after a royal decree allowed the transport of wine in bottles (enabling sparkling wine production), Ruinart quickly became a symbol of sophistication. The house’s historic chalk cellars, known as crayères, are a UNESCO World Heritage site and offer tours where visitors can explore the caves and taste their Champagnes.

On the palate, the wine is very supple and harmonious, with notes of honey and minerals on the long, sustained finish.
