Beemster Pumpkin Spice Cheese

A truly unique seasonal cheese from Beemster, one of Holland’s most celebrated dairy cooperatives. This mild, young Gouda-style cheese is infused with a real pumpkin spice blend mixed directly into the paste — savory, aromatic, and unlike anything else on a cheese board.

Warm cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, cardamom, and anise give it a fragrant autumn character without turning it sweet. The result is complex and warming: creamy Dutch Gouda first, cozy fall spice second. Made in Northern Holland from rich pasture milk. Aged about one month. Semi-soft. Hand-cut and wrapped to order.

Pairs beautifully with apple slices, fig jam, and toasted walnuts. Try it melted into fall mac and cheese, grated over roasted squash, or grilled with ham.
