- 2 slices of wheat sourdough bread
- 3 slices of Applewood smoked bacon
- 2-3 oz of apple smoked Gouda
- ¼ of Honeycrisp apple slices
- salt to taste
- Grease the pan lightly and preheat it on medium heat.
- Divide the cheese between two slices and layer bacon and apple slices on top. (Salt to taste.)
- Cook for a couple of minutes and then put the two slices together.
- Grill on each side until all cheese is melted.
