When the family of Kitchen Table Bakers created these crunchy, handmade gourmet crackers of pure Parmigiano cheese and included them as part of their healthy lifestyle diet, that is exactly what happened. They began by making small batches at their kitchen table, just as the name suggests. Soon, they were letting their friends in on their little secret and making larger and larger batches. Before long, they were going store to store, leaving samples with their phone number…and then the phones began to ring!
