Scandinavian Household Cheese. Each cheese is curdled and pressed carefully according to old Swedish tradition, which gives it a unique shape and great taste. Similar to Farmers cheese. Semi hard mild cheese great for slicing and melts easily as well! 2lb wheel.

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, salt (1.6%), acidification culture, rennet. The surface layer is treated with preservative E202.
