Real Rockin Joe's (Beef ) - Low Carb / Keto

Serves: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 (10-oz) container button mushrooms
- 1 onion, peeled
- 1.25 pound grass fed beef
- 1½ cup organic all natural ketchup (low sugar/low carb) available here by Red Duck or by Melinda's
- 2 tsp. organic all natural mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1½ Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Option - 1 carrot cut/ minced
- Option - 1 green pepper
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms, onion & garlic clove. Toss all together into a skillet with extra virgin olive oil, sauteed slowly until a brown color. Set aside.
- In a saucepan/skillet, brown grass fed beef. Add in sauteed vegetables and heat through. Pour all into the sauce pan or into crock pot.
- Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, salt and pepper into crock pot and stir together.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Serve on your favorite buns (we love Keto / Low Carb Buns available here and enjoy!
