No, we won’t shred your beautiful butt like a grizzly bear at a picnic…we carefully hand pull gorgeous chunks of pork, savoring the beautiful, glistening, mahogany bark while discarding unwanted fat.  You can only do this by hand!  We use our amazing blend of spices to help enhance the meat, but we allow the pork to be the star of this show.  This is what you have been waiting for, Podsy!!
