Ingredients
  1. 4 slices Dave's Killer Bread Organic Seeded Honey Wheat
  2. 1/2 c. spinach
  3. 2 slices pepper jack cheese
  4. 2 slices Swiss cheese
  5. 4 tbsp. mashed avocado, mixed w/1 tsp. fresh lemon juice & salt to taste
  6. 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  7. 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  8. 1 c. alfalfa sprouts
  9. 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
Chive & Onion Spread
  1. 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  2. 3 tbsp. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  3. 2 green onions, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  5. 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  6. 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Lightly toast bread. Once cooled, on one slice spread a thin layer of chive & onion spread. Top with spinach, cheese, mashed avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and sprouts. Sprinkle over sunflower seeds. Spread thin later of chive & onion spread on another slice of bread and top your sandwich. Enjoy!
