We use the cooked lobster meat in the crackers to bring you Maine lobster in a shelf stable, delicious product that you can eat anytime. We use really good butter, flour and milk and top each cracker with Maine sea salt. They are perfect right out of the box or paired with a mild cheese or pate'.
