4 Cups of Cubed Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Jar of Mama Sita's Ginger Butter
2 Cups of All Natural Almond Butter
Pinch of salt
!/2 Tsp. Ginger Powder
1/2 cup of Fresh Shaved Garlic
1/2 Cup all Natural P-Nut Butter.
2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Garlic
Gather all of your needed ingredients together. Pre-Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
In a large skillet, brown off the cubed pieces of chicken breasts in the fresh chopped garlic and 1/2 the jar of Mama
Sita's Ginger Garlic Butter(If you prefer to introduce some dark meat into this dish , as I often do, i will use some
thigh's with the all white breast meat to meet the required 4 cup).
When browned off, set aside.
Next, get a large stock pan to accommodate the rest of the ingredients, and eventually the chicken, as well.
Combine all the remaining ingredients over medium heat stirring CONSTANTLY to avoid ANY STICKING.(If
these ingredients stick, the whole of the sauce you are creating to bake/glaze over the chicken will have a
burned taste to it and you may as well go back to the beginning with making your sauce.)
When all ingredients in large saucepan have melted smoothly in your large sauce pan, toss your chicken in and
coat all by folding in until all chicken pieces are coated evenly.
Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish well with cooking spray.Place the well coated chicken in the dish and bake until
golden brown approximately forty five minutes to one hour as oven temperatures vary.
While the chicken bakes and browns in the oven, I usually take the opportunity to make my favorite long grain
brown rice or quinoa and do a bag of my favorite steamed vegetables, season the rice and the veggies to my taste
and mix the vegetables with the rice or quinoa and plate with the chicken, when complete. Add a nice side salad
and your meal is complete, visually pleasing, and smells amazing too !! Crave Taste And ENJOY !!!
