Elk is a red meat for the healthy American. It has a a richer, heartier flavor than beef with a similar texture. It is also rich in protein and high in iron. With all that going for it, it is still lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than skinless chicken or turkey. Our Elk is farm-raised and USDA inspected.

  • 6 Filet Mignons from South Dakota farm-raised elk. 6 ounces each.
  • 4 Sirloin Steaks from Wisconsin farm-raised elk. 8 ounces each.
  • Ground Elk from Wisconsin farm-raised elk. 1 pound pack
