Cooper® CV Sharp White is pasteurized process American cheese made with milk and hand-selected aged cheeses. It is richer and sharper than mild deli American, with a clean tang and an even, glossy melt that holds on a griddle, in a pan, or over a steak.
The 5 lb solid loaf is the workhorse format: slice it thin for sandwiches, shred it for pizza and nachos, cube it for snacking, or melt it into sauce. One loaf covers a weekend of cheesesteaks, a pan of mac and cheese, and still leaves enough for grilled cheese.
Keep refrigerated. Rewrap tightly after opening. Ships cold.
