This long, lightly smoked, medium-spiced, pork and beef summer sausage will delight your taste buds. Great at Christmas time and year round, it is wonderful on Scandinavian open-face sandwiches. We recommend it on your favorite bread with a slice of Havarti cheese. For an easy appetizer, slice it thin, roll it up, and pop in a toothpick.
