Chocolate Hazelnut Delight Cake: Four layers of hazelnut meringue, three layers of raspberry preserves and one layer each of white chocolate buttercream, bittersweet chocolate buttercream, and mocha buttercream...all covered in bittersweet chocolate ganache and crushed hazelnuts.
Key Lime Cheesecake: Cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and fresh key limes in a coconut almond macaroon crust.
