INGREDIENTS
  • 3 oz shredded chicken
  • ½ a small avocado, cubed (around 50 grams)
  • ½ cup black beans
  • 2 tablespoons of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  2. Serve on bread, over a salad, on crackers, or anyway you want!
